Instructions for use
Loading rate (3 - 10 days) - 44g per day - 6 scoops
Standard maintenance - 22g per day - 3 scoops
Low maintenance - 14.5g per day - 2 scoops
Maintenance rates may be adjusted to suit the individual and are not necessarily related to body weight.
A level 10ml scoop is approx. 7.3g
